Quarterly tax planning sessions and a written mid-year projection. Compensation and owner-payment strategy suited to your entity type, including reasonable compensation analysis using market data for your specialty. Retirement contribution strategy across Solo 401(k), SEP-IRA, and defined benefit options. Estimated payment calculations with reminders ahead of every deadline. Entity structure review, whether that means evaluating your current structure or choosing the right one, plus accountable plan setup and multistate compliance support, including residency documentation where state exposure exists.

Concierge
Year-round advisory. Limited availability by design.
Concierge is a full advisory relationship for clients whose situations move quickly: quarterly projections and strategy reviews, an annual written tax strategy memorandum, fully managed estimated payments and entity compliance, maintained residency defense documentation, priority response times, and direct coordination with your attorneys and financial advisors.
Concierge engagements are limited in number so that access stays genuinely on demand.
